Saigon Cafe in Buford

Terrific food (Thai & Vietnamese) with really attentive staff!!! Great menu full of pictures. I'll be coming back for more.

Be ware! You might eating someone else’s left over! We all know that how food safety is important to everyone during this pandemic spreading. I was there with my family had dinner last week, when the server clean the table after the customers left, she did’t threw away the bean sprouts dish away, instead, she hold on her hand and bring to the kitchen, then came out right away with the same dish ( cause I can see through the window) and serve to another table. I was shocked! How could they serve the left over to another customer? You don’t pay to go there to eat someone else’s germ. This will be my last time to eat there!

The service is good, but the food is great! Yet another great dinner! Best pho soup I've ever had.

The service was phenomenal! Our waitress made sure we were very well taken care of! She always made sure our glasses were full without being bothersome! She also made sure our food was as we ordered it! Even the other employees made an effort to take care of us! To top it all off the food was delicious and it came out quickly!

I love coming here with my husband. My favourite is the coconut soup with seafood; very flavourful. My husband loves the x-large rice noodle bowl with several different meats. And when I say extra large, this bowl is big enough to be a helmet! The staff is also very pleasant and very attentive, I have never been disappointed at this location.

Very dissapointed i am a regular customer at least twice a month the last 3 times i have been here it looks like we are not on the table they take forever to take our drinks order or our food order nit sure if after thus will come back over all food is great no doubt about it but their customer service sucks big time now.

They forgot to give us the soup/broth for the noodle when we ordered pho for pick up order. Obviously, you can't eat pho without the noodle. When we called back, they said we would need to come back to pick up the soup. We had to just throw away the food because we couldn't go all the way back for just a soup. It was a disappointing experience.

We met with friends at this spot for a meeting. This spot was recommended to us by a friend. Well, we were not disappointed. The staff members were extremely nice and we felt good. The meal was great. We had a great time and we shall absolutely come back again. Warmly recommended.

The food was very good. My wife and I really enjoyed our meals. The service wasn't bad, just didn't seem really friendly, but we were still treated well. The soup I had was simply amazing. I believe it was pho if I'm not mistaking. The prices were reasonable. I would recommend this place. The restaurant was very clean also.

Service was fast, we were seated immediately. We ordered the chicken Singapore noodles and chicken pad Thai. I enjoyed Singapore noodles but would of preferred the dish to be spicier. Chicken pad Thai was a little too sweet for my taste, but did like that they did not use peanut butter and went easy on the fish sauce. The noodles in both dishes were cooked perfectly. Also recommended you try their fried spring rolls, they're delicious. After reading other reviews will definitely be coming back to try the Pho.

Get the panang curry! Also get the Mongolian beef

I'm visiting from Boston and this is my first time having viet cuisine here in Georgia. both my Beef noodle soup and my wife's chicken Noodle soup had no beef/chicken flavor and tastes like very salty hot water.

Great food and Great Service! Fried Rice is pre-made, so you can't get it without egg, but other than that, lots of vegan options!!!!! We come here regularly

Dine in and pickup are both available here. Tonight was my second time eating here and I loved it!! They got really busy and forgot to bring us our check but they only had two people waiting the whole restaurant! Completely understandable. I'd come here again.

I have been to this restaurant twice and have had a great experience both times. I've only tried the pho and a few appetizers so far. The pho is delicious and are very generous portions. Great service and food. I will definitely visit again.

Food and customer service is okay. They're a bit snappy and short. It's also a bit overpriced for what you get. Probably will not be going back.

Our nice lunch turned into a nightmare when my mom found a nasty lollipop stick inside of the pho. When we let the staff know, they weren’t even a bit sorry about it. The guy who took back the dish laughed and became defensive as if they had no wrongdoing. I do not recommend this place because of their poor customer service.

My wife and I picked up 4 different dishes. This was worse than mall food-court food. The Bourbon chicken had no flavor, dry, had been cooked a few hours before, and was cold room temperature. The rice was dry, also room temperature, and bland. My daughter liked her beef but I think the portion size was small for the price. My wife's food was also flavorless and she is Asian. Cross this one off our list. A pity since they are only seven minutes from our house and we love Asian food.

Seems like a popular spot, so try to be prepared to wait if you go during any of the rush hour times. It was worth the wait though staff was very helpful and kind and the food was well prepared. Great flavourful cuisine and ambiance for the location.

Wonderful Service from Yanti!!!!! She is lights up the room with her smile. Always sweet and very helpful. Food is full of flavor and tastes great every time. Love the friendly, welcoming atmosphere. We drive from across town just to come to this location in Buford. All the servers make a great team. Feels like a family dinner every time. Thank you all🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

One of top favorites. All the other cafe saigons are very sad compared to this one. Have tried eating at others and they are really crappy in comparison. The service is always great here too. Truly enjoy everything about this place! Pho is great, make sure to get the com bu luc lac, the veggie spring rolls are amazing. Satay chicken also a great starter, very unique taste.

My go to spot in Buford for some pho. If looking for any recommendation their A7 in the appetizer section ( chicken in a stick) is the best!!!

The staff is very friendly and down-to-earth people. Their food always tastes authentic. Dining in and take out is always very pleasurable experience. Would recommend them every single time.

Bubble tea was good but food was not good at all. I ordered like a coconut type soup and it just tasted like coconut milk no flavor at all. I like the pleasant hill location

This place is great. The quality and amount of food you get is incredible. If you like Greek or Mediterranean food, you’ll be very happy. It’s worth a trip, even if it’s not really close by.

Horrible customer service. This was my second time eating here. We had full plates of food in front of us and we asked if were ready to check out. We politely asked why were asked this when no one around us had been asked. She simply replied “no reason”. I felt very discriminated against and insulted.

We had a good experience here and will definitely come back. We got the Mongolian Beef and Shrimp Pad Thai and both were excellent. We came during a slow time so the service was rather quick and friendly. The atmosphere is nice too. Overall they exceeded my expectations, especially the Mongolian Beef! You'll be pleasantly surprised too if you come here.

They have Chinese, Vietnamese, and Thai food and everything was so good!! Definitely my new favorite lunch/dinner spot. Boba tea was really good. The boba was very soft not like some Vietnamese restaurant. Also the interior is very nice

I haven't been this restaurant for a while and one of my coworker wants to try, so we came to Saigon Cafe on Satellite Blvd. in Duluth during our lunch time. I ordered noodle with vegetables and grilled pork and shrimp and it was amazing and best that I've ever had. So I went to one in Buford the next Saturday because she said Buford one is better, but the noodle was overcooked and food was not good as Duluth one. Also, Most Vietnamese restaurant serves tea for free, but only the Saigon cafe charges for the tea.

The service is always fast and friendly and the food delicious!! If you love coffee, do yourself a favor and order their vietnamese coffee. It is amazing!!

Just blunt, no taste! The worst pho ga I've ever had, very watery. As close as you can get to prison food.

Service was awful. Had been with a friend for lunch..and really enjoyed the experience. Took hubby and they practically ignored us standing, waiting to be seated..then when we were finally seated, the guy came over and took our drink orders..which was only water at that moment for hubby..( i was trying to decide which flavor bubble tea i wanted). While we saw a couple of people walk right in and acknowledged and seated right away. And their order was taken right then. So hubby finally said something about how long we had been waiting..and we saw our waiter who still hadn't brought even water! So we decided to leave at that point. Went right behind them to Tacos and Tequilas..where we received excellent service and food! Sorry Saigon..though your food is delicious..your all around service needs improvement. We may try again..could have been short staffed or something👀👀👀👀

Great pho at a very reasonable price. Place was busy but I still got my food very quickly. I'm impressed.
